We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has:a) considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended March 31 2026 which are enclosed herewith along with the Auditors Report on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements.Further we would like to inform you that M/s. Kastury & Talati Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended March 31 2026. Annexure-A.b) recommended Dividend of Rs.2.00/- (Rupee Two only) (40%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the financial year ended March 31 2026 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
