Sterling Holiday Resorts (India): Updates on Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has informed BSE that the Honble High Court of Madras has on April 13, 2015 sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited and Thomas Cook Insurance Services (India) Limited and Thomas Cook (India) Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 and Sections 78 read with Sections 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 and any corresponding provisions of Companies Act, 2013 ('Scheme').
