Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting convened on March 28, 2014 to discuss and finalize re-appointment of Chairman and Managing Director and Joint Managing Director concluded on April 01, 2014 and the Board decided as follows:
1. Mr. M. M. Mohta has been appointed as Chairman of the Company (who was Chairman and Managing Director till March 31, 2014).
2. Mr. Anirudh Mohta is appointed as Managing Director for next Five years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 (who was Joint Managing Director till March 31, 2014).
