In continuation to our earlier intimation dt. 27th September, 2018, we further wish to inform you that Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA) on 02nd November, 2018 has approved the alteration of object clauses of Memorandum of Association for adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association(MOA) of the Company in conformity of Companies Act, 2013.
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the altered Memorandum of Association of Company is enclosed herewith.
