Everest Industries: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 we would like to inform the exchanges that Mr. Lakshmana Rao Challa has been appointed as Head Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Management - Fibre Cement Plants of the Company with effect from February 9 2026 and he would be a part of the senior management team. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in "Annexure A".
