Deepak Spinners Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2013, have decided to conduct a Postal Ballot to pass a Special Resolution u/s 198 and 309 of the Companies Act, 1956 to pay Commission to non-Whole time directors, in addition to sitting fees paid by them.
