Athena Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2016, wherein the following decisions were taken:
1. To appoint Ms. Gautami Chaudhari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. from January 23, 2016 and to fix her remuneration.
2. To resign Mrs. Sudha Jain as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. from January 23, 2016.
