Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that Shri Dinesh Joshi Designated Partner KANJ & Co. LLP Company Secretaries appointed by the Board of Directors as Scrutinizer for carrying out Postal Ballot and E-Voting process in a fair and transparent manner has submitted his report on the Postal Ballot and E-voting. Based on the Scrutinizers Report the result of Postal Ballot is declared today i.e. 1st April 2019 by Shri Sanjay Upadhyay Director-Finance & CFO of the Company duly authorised by the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company in this behalf.
We enclose herewith the Result of Postal Ballot and E-voting declared on 1st April 2019 alongwith a copy of the Scrutinizers Report dated 1st April 2019.
The result of Postal Ballot along with Scrutinizer Report are available at the Registered office of the Company and uploaded on the Companys website at https://www.godeepak.com/investor-compliances#postal-ballot.
