Hariyana Ship Breakers: Board Meeting-Outcome of Board Meeting

1.Reversal of decision taken with respect to appointment of Managing Director of the Company:
Due to pre-occupations of Mr. Shantisarup Reniwal for the post of Managing Director of the Company, the Board resolved to call off the decision taken in the Board meeting held on March 27, 2018 to appoint him as Managing Director of the Company. However, Mr. Shantisarup Reniwal will continue to be an Executive Director on Board of the Company.
Consequently, on the request of the Management; Mr. Rakesh Reniwal has agreed to continue as the Managing Director of the Company.

2.Reversal of decision taken with respect to appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company:

The decision to appoint Mr. Rakesh Shantisarup Reniwal in place of Mr. Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal as CFO of the Company has been called off.
