Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that BSE Limited (BSE) have vide their email dated January 23 2026 imposed a fine of Rs. 1 10 920/- (inclusive of GST) on the Company for Non-Submission/Late submission with certain provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The imposed fine has been paid by the Company on January 23 2026.
