BPL\SE\2025-2026\24 dated 26th September 2025 this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed from Wednesday 01st October 2025 to Saturday 15th November 2025 (Both days inclusive).
