EPL: Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

This is to inform you that the record date shall be 15 November 2022 to determine the shareholders entitled for interim dividend as may be declared by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled on 5 November 2022. The said Record Date will be in respect to equity shares of the Company held in electronic/demat form and also in physical form.
