Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended please find enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published on 20th February 2026 in the in newspapers namely -Business Standard - English and in Aajkal -Bengali informing the members about the opening of a Special Window for transfer and dematerialisation (demat) of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to 1st April 2019.
