As per SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-iPOD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July 2025 Read with HO/38/13/11(2)2026 MIRSD POD I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026 we have published Notice in respect of Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares in the following newspapers:Free Press Journal dated 18th March 2026 and Navshakti dated 18th MArch 2026.Pursuant to Regulation 47 (1) (b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations we are enclosing the cuttings of both the newspapers for your information and records.
