Digjam: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

With reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it may kindly be noted that: -

1. Ms. Meenakshi Birla Director of the Company has informed the Board that upon a review and assessment of her professional pre-occupations and responsibilities going forward particularly in view of her expanding involvement in governance at multiple educational institutions at Kolkata it is no longer possible for her to devote time or attention and do justice to the Directorship and under the circumstances had tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect and the same has been noted by the Board today and accepted wef April 12 2019.

2. Sri C. Bhaskar Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and consequently from the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect in view of increasing demands of his other professional responsibilities which going forward would constrain the time he would be able to devote to the Company; the same has been noted by the Board today and accepted wef April 12 2019.
