Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Commissioner of Good and Service Tax and Central Excise Salem Tamil Nadu imposing penalty on the Company. The above-mentioned order is related to GST on Input Tax availed as well as on GST on Outward Supply pertaining to the Financial Year(s) 2018-19 to 2022-23.
