Rishiroop Rubber (International): Closure of Trading Window

Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2015, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.

Further, in accordance with Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Company?s shares will remain closed for all designated employees including the Directors of the Company from February 05, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company i.e. February 14, 2015.
