In compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI LODR Regulations we hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (NRC)has by a resolution passed on March 23 2023 approved grant of 67 150 Performance Stock Units (PSUs) to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company under InterGlobe Aviation Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 (the Scheme).The details as required under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are provided as Annexure I to this letter.This is for your information and record.
