Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. on 26th August 2026 has interalia considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of ATVO Agrochem Limited (Transferor Company No 1) and Shubhshree Health Care Private Limited (Transferor Company No. 2) and Shorya Business (India) Limited ( Transferor Company No 3) and ATVO Enterprises Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
