VC Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd ('Manager to the Delisting Offer') on behalf of Placid Limited (?Acquirer?) has informed BSE about this Exit Offer Public Announcement ('Exit Offer PA') to the Public Shareholders of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd ('Target Company'/'MSUML'), in accordance with Regulation 21 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation, 2009 (the 'delisting Regulation').
