Brisk Technovision: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that with reference to the circular issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 we wish to inform you that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Monday February 02 2026 up to end of business hours on February 17 2026 i.e. till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the interim dividend (Both days inclusive) for the persons covered under the said regulations.
