D.S.KULKARNI DEVELOPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/09/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Prior Intimation of meeting of Steering Committee of the Company to be held on Thursday 21st September 2023 to consider a) Allotment of Equity shares by the Company as per the approved resolution plan. b) Conversion of loans owed to secured financial creditors to NCDs c) Full Redemption/ Extinguishment of existing Non-Convertible Debentures pursuant to the approved resolution plan by Hoble NCLT.
