Shreeji Shipping Global: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Update On Admiralty Proceedings

In continuation of our disclosures dated December 27 2025 and January 07 2026 intimating developments in relation to the ongoing Admiralty proceedings we wish to further inform that the Company has filed two applications before the Honble High Court of Gujarat as follows:(1) an application seeking reduction of the security amount for the release of the five (5) of our vessels; and (2) an application seeking vacation of the order of arrest in respect of all five (5) vessels.Both the applications have been filed without prejudice to the Companys rights and contentions and without any admission of liability.
