This is with reference to captioned subject we hereby inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and amended from time to time.
The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period the Employees Directors Key Managerial Personnel Promoters Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Companys Shares.
