Toss The Coin: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday October 01 2025 till 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting for the purpose of declaration of the financial results for the half year ending on September 30 2025.
