The Board of Directors has declared 1st interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity shares 20 % of face value of Rs. 10 each also has confirmed the Record Date 20th Nov 2017.
The shareholders whose name appeared in the register on the record date are entitled for the dividend.
Further, the payment of the dividend shall be made on 4th Dec 2017
