Baron Infotech: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

With reference to the captioned matter please refer our letter dated. January 29 2026 whereby we informed that the 17th (Seventeenth) meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) will be held on Monday February 2 2026 @ 4.00 pm.It is hereby informed that the proceedings of the 17th (Seventeenth) meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Baron Infotech Limited ("Corporate Debtor") as intimated was commenced at 4.21 pm on Monday February 2 2026 and concluded at 5.14 pm.The resolutions have been approved/deferred as the case may be by the members of CoC in the said meeting as per the attached letter.
