Circuit Systems India: Board Meeting on Oct 05, 2015 (Proposal to consider Delisting of Equity Shares)

Circuit Systems India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 05, 2015 for considering:

1. Appointment of a SEBI Registered Merchant Banker for carrying out due diligence as required in terms of regulation 8(1A)(ii) of the Delisting Regulations.

2. Obtaining from the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company the details of trading in Shares of the Company for a period of two years of top twenty five shareholders from the BSE Limited, details of off-market transactions and any other additional details as may be required by the Merchant Banker for such longer period as it may deem fit, for carrying out due diligence as required in terms of regulations 8(1A)(ii) and 8(1D) of the Delisting Regulations.
