Olympic Cards: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the companys scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st January 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter/ Nine months ended 31st December 2025 in terms of the companys code of prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015. Accordingly all the designated employees other insiders of the company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the companys share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
