Bhuwalka Steel Industries: Updatese on Financial Result for the First quarter ended June 30, 2015

Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee and the Board at its meeting held on August 14, 2015 could not consider the UN- Audited Financial Results for the First quarter ended June 30, 2015 as the company is presently engaged in Restructuring/Settlement of the Companies debts with the Bankers and accordingly, the consideration of the said Financial Results have been deferred to the next Board Meeting. The date of which shall be intimated in due course.
