Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Clause 5A of Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereof we wish to inform you that the promoters of Hiliks Technologies Limited have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 05th October 2026 ("SPA"). It is important to note that the company is not a party to the SPA. The requisite details of SPA is attched herwith as Annexure-"A"
