Saurashtra Cement: Disclosure Under Reg 30 Of Para B Of Part A Of Schedule III Of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015

Pursuant to the provisions of Reg 30 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit that the Company has received a notice of hearing for an Appeal under the Income Tax Act 1961 which is scheduled to be held on 3rd February 2026. Details as required under Reg 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
