Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today that commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m.Also please find the enclosed Limited Review Report by Auditors in respect of the above results.
