Pranavaditya Spinning Mills: Appointment Of Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar As 'Chief Executive Officer' Of The Company

We wish to inform the exchange that pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today has appointed Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar as Chief Executive Officer (KMP) w.e.f. 29th July 2022 under Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013. The brief profile of Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar is as under:Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar B (Text) by qualifications has 30+ years of cross-functional experience in Textiles FMCG and Retail domain in India and Africa. He has worked with various organisations like Colgate-Palmolive Tolaram Group Lagos etc. in various capacities. The said appointment is made to fill up the vacancy caused in the position of Chief Executive Officer (KMP) of the Company due to retirement of Mr. Ashok G. Halasangi from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f close of working hours of 30th June 2022.
