This is in continuation to MOILs previous letter dated 11.10.2017 in the matter
In this regard, it is inform that Shri T. Srinivas has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of MOIL Limited in place of Ms. Urvilla Khati. Accordingly, Ms. Urvilla Khati ceases to be director of MOIL Limited. w.e.f. 11.10.2017.
