Pursuant to the Reg. 33 of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Resolution Professional will submit the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. Since the powers of Board of Directors were suspended, the Resolution Professional, Mr. Amit Gupta will declare the Un-audited Financial Results.
