ECE Industries: Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM (e-voting)

ECE Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 13, 2014 to September 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2014.

Further, the Company has informed that pursuant to provision of Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules and revised clause 35B of Listing Agreement, the company is offering to its members the facility to exercise the vote through electronic voting (e-voting) services by Central Depository Service (India) Ltd. (CDSL).

Voting through electronic mode shall commence on September 18, 2014 at 09.30 a.m. and end on September 19, 2014 at 06.00 p.m.

The Company has appointed Shri Dilraj Kumar, Advocate as scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting procedure in the fair and transparent manner.
