Ocean Agro (India): Updates On Delisting Offer- Letter Of Offer

The Company wants to inform you that Letter of Offer and Bid Form by the Promoter (Acquirer) has been mailed to all the Public Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the specified date 03rd July 2020. Letter of Offer and Bid Form were also emailed to all those shareholders whose Email Ids are available with Registrar to the Offer.

A copy of the said Letter of Offer for Delisting of Equity shares of Ocean Agro (India) Limited is attached. A copy of the Bid Form and Bid Withdrawal Form are also attached.
