Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) please note that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall be closed from Saturday September 19 2020 to Friday September 25 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the holding the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) scheduled on Friday September 25 2020 through Video Conferencing (VC) facility or other audio visual means (OAVM).
