1. Appointment of Mr. Amit Rambhia (Acquirer 1) as the Additional Director of the Company pursuant to regulations 22(2) and 24(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
2. Appointment of Mr. Nikit Rambhia (Acquirer 2) as the Additional Director of the company pursuant to regulations 22(2) and 24(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
