Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 it is hereby informed that the State Government vide Orders no. 1/37/2026-1SII dated 19.03.2026 has appointed Shri Sushil Sarwan IAS as Managing Director of Haryana Financial Corporation (HFC) in place of Dr. Aditya Dahiya IAS who has joined as Managing Director of Haryana Financial Corporation on 20.03.2026.
