KVS Castings: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and effective from April 2019 and as per the terms of the code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of KVS Castings Limited (The Company) the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company will remain close for the Designated Persons wiz. Directors Identified Employees KMP Promoters of the Company including the immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial Results of the company for the half year ended 31st march 2026 to the stock exchange.During the closure of trading window all Designated persons of the company including their immediate relative have been advised not to deal in Equity shares of the Company.
