The Company vide its letter dated July 19 2020 has intimated the appointment of Shri Vijay Kumar Chief General Manager (Finance) as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Company in compliance of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Circular No. RBI/2018-19/184 DNBR (PD) CC. NO. 099/ 03.10.001/2018-19 dated May 16 2019.
Further as required under the above RBI circular it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on December 23 2020 has approved the extension of tenure of CRO for a further period of two years of the present incumbent beyond his superannuation date of December 31 2020.
