Brahmanand Himghar Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company lor the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations read with Company?s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Insiders covered in the Code from February 05, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2017.
