IFB Agro Industries: Closure of Trading Window

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October 2025 and the same will remain closed/shut till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and six months ending 30th September 2025 to the public.
