Pursuant to BSE Clarification dated 2nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and in accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 please note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from 1st April 2020 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020.
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020 become generally available.
