We wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 72 313 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 696 727 762 to 696 800 074 on 11th August 2021 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6 968 000 740/- consisting of 696 800 074 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
