Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amendments made thereunder and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company from July 1 2019 till 48 hours of declaration of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2019 for the Designated Persons.
Accordingly all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
