Please be informed that basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Behl (ACS No.-40924) as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from 3rd December 2025.
