Certificate under Regulation 40(9) of SEBI (LODR) confirming that :-
A) During the period from October 1 2019 to March 31 2020 shares certificates relating to share transfer form(s) as entered in Memorandum of Transfers within 30 days from date of lodgment expecting those rejected on the technical grounds.
B) During the period from October 1 2019 to March 31 2020 shares certificates relating to requests for name deletion issue of duplicate share certificates transposition sub division consolidation renewal exchange or endorsement of call/allotment monies within 30 days from date of lodgment.
C) During the period from October 1 2019 to March 31 2020 shares certificates relating to requests for transmission within 21 days from date of lodgment.
